Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EntireCommerce Pulse, a product of EntireCommerce Limited (“we”, “us”). By using Pulse you agree to them.

The service

Pulse connects to data sources you authorize, produces recurring audits of your organic and AI search, and helps you prioritize and track improvements. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for having the right to connect them.

Your data and access

You grant Pulse read-only access to the sources you connect, solely to provide the service. You can disconnect a source or close your account at any time. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pulse to access data you are not authorized to access, to break any law, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pulse available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of Pulse is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
