Privacy Policy

EntireCommerce Pulse (“Pulse”, “we”, “us”) is a product of EntireCommerce Limited, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (company no. 12003255). This policy explains what data Pulse collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Questions: pulse@entirecommerce.ai.

What Pulse does

Pulse connects to your marketing and search data, produces a weekly audit of your organic and AI search, ranks the findings by impact, and helps you track what you fix. To do that, you grant Pulse read-only access to your own accounts through their official sign-in flows.

Google user data

When you connect Google, Pulse requests read-only access to the following, and uses each scope only for the purpose stated:

• Google Analytics — analytics.readonly. To read your traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics and report trends in your organic performance. Pulse does not modify your Analytics configuration.
• Google Search Console — webmasters.readonly. To read your search performance (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions) and indexing status, and identify the pages and keywords worth working on. Pulse does not submit or change anything in Search Console.

We request the minimum scopes needed for these features and never request write access to your Google account.

Limited Use disclosure

EntireCommerce Pulse’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the Pulse features you connect it for.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, credit assessment, or resale.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except: with your explicit consent for a specific action you ask us to take, for security or abuse investigations, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How we store and protect it

Your Google connection is stored as an encrypted token: the refresh token is encrypted with AES before it is written to our database, and the encryption key is held separately from the database. Data in transit is protected with TLS. Audit results derived from your data are stored so you can see history and track progress; they are associated with your account only.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not write to or change your connected accounts.
• We do not share your data with other Pulse customers or with unrelated third parties.

Service providers

Pulse runs on infrastructure we operate (application hosting, a managed database, and audit-processing compute). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms and only to run the service. We do not grant them independent rights to your data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your connection and audit history for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a data source at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing pulse@entirecommerce.ai. When you disconnect Google or delete your account, we delete the stored Google tokens and revoke our access. You can also revoke Pulse’s access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact pulse@entirecommerce.ai.

Cookies

Pulse uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
